The role
If you're an experienced service professional who enjoys supporting others, solving technical problems and delivering a high standard of customer service, we've got the role for you.
We're looking for a Service Team Leader to join our Kelleythorpe Service & Parts team. This is a hands-on role where you'll support the day-to-day running of the team, coordinate service activity and provide technical guidance to help ensure customer and engineer requirements are dealt with effectively. You'll also contribute to engineer training and encourage knowledge sharing across the wider Service team.
What You'll Be Doing
- Providing day-to-day guidance and support to the Service & Parts team, helping to coordinate workloads, set clear expectations and maintain a high standard of customer support.
- Managing and prioritising incoming customer and engineer support requests, providing technical assistance and ensuring issues are progressed effectively.
- Coordinating engineer site visits for installations, planned maintenance and breakdowns, and following the appropriate breakdown escalation process.
- Creating and maintaining service cases within FSM through to closure, supporting accurate case logging, monitoring service KPIs and identifying recurring issues or opportunities for improvement.
- Supporting engineer product knowledge through training, technical guidance, help sheets and service documentation, while encouraging knowledge sharing and safe working practices across the Service team.

Who We're Looking For
You'll be an experienced service professional with strong technical and problem-solving skills, alongside previous experience of supervising, coordinating or leading others. You'll be confident providing day-to-day guidance and support, setting clear expectations and giving constructive feedback.
You'll be organised and comfortable managing competing priorities, coordinating workloads and supporting the resolution of customer and engineer issues. Strong communication skills are essential, together with the ability to build positive working relationships with customers, engineers, distributors and colleagues across the business.
