Service Team Manager
We are looking for a Service Team Manager to lead and support a team of technicians to provide industry leading frontline customer service.
About the Role
The role involves leading a team of technicians to successfully deliver excellent customer service. On a day-to-day basis this is what you would be doing:
- Working with and leading your team of service technicians
- Managing customer relationships in your regional area
- Performing technician duties as and when required
We are looking for someone who has knowledge of service operations and providing excellent customer service.
