Summary

We’re looking for a Service Team Member to join us to support our busy teams across visitor operations. This is a varied and rewarding role where you’ll help us meet targets, solve problems, and deliver great service across different locations.

Based primarily at Croome, you'll also support sites across the Worcestershire Portfolio, including The Firs, Greyfriars House and Garden, and Hanbury Hall. As travel between sites is required, please think about how you would get to work before applying for this role.

  • Salary: £13.25 per hour
  • Contract Duration: Permanent
  • Working Hours: You will work 800 hours per year. This role is based on annualised hours, where the amount of hours you work each month may vary, however your salary will be paid in 12 equal instalments over the year. Your shift pattern will vary according to business needs, but regular weekend and Bank Holiday working should be expected.

Interview Date: Thursday 17th September

For this role, you’ll need to complete our online assessment instead of using a C.V. or online application form. This will help us understand more about your strengths and give you more information on the role.

What It's Like To Work Here

As part of our Welcome Team, you'll ensure visitors enjoy their experience from arrival to departure, sharing insights into all that Croome has to offer, and providing a warm and informative welcome to every visitor. You'll be one of seven Service Team Members, working alongside a brilliant team of volunteers and reporting to the Welcome Manager.

What You'll Be Doing

The core part of your role is to provide vital, positive support to colleagues wherever needed, with a strong focus on greeting and helping visitors. No two days will be the same, as you'll work across a variety of visitor areas and sites, helping to deliver excellent service and achieve team targets.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
