We’re looking for a Service Team Member to join us at Calke Abbey, Staunton Harold and Foremark to support our busy teams across visitor operations. This is a varied and rewarding role where you’ll help us meet targets, solve problems, and deliver great service across different locations.

This role is based on annualised hours, where the amount of hours you work each month may vary, however your salary will be paid in 12 equal instalments over the year. You'll generally average 1 longer shift and 1 shorter shift per week, although this will vary with seasonal demand, with more shifts during the Summer and fewer in the quieter months. Shifts will include weekends and Bank Holidays, on a seven-day rota, so you should be prepared to work shifts on any day between Monday and Sunday.

For this role, you’ll need to complete our online assessment instead of using a C.V. or online application form. This will help us understand more about your strengths and give you more information on the role.

Reasons to use Rodeo
I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
