The Role: National Service Centre (NSC) Technician
Location: Spennymoor, on-site

The Job:
To deliver a consistently high standard of repair and refurbishment within the National Service Centre (NSC), supporting warranty and chargeable repairs, reconditioned tool activity, and service excellence across Stanley Black & Decker’s leading brands, including DEWALT, STANLEY, and BLACK&DECKER.
What You’ll Do:
- Consistently strive to provide a first fix resolution to all tools received into the National Service Centre
- Embrace continuous learning about the technical know-how of repair tools across the various brands under the Stanley Black & Decker umbrella
- Where applicable and appropriate:
- Be flexible in switching between the various repair functions within the NSC
- Help assist others within the business with technical and repair support
- Support other areas of the business outside of the NSC
- Achieve any individual performance targets and objectives set
- Be willing to embrace change within the NSC
- Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders including:
- National Service Centre Administration Team
- The wider After Sales Service Team
- Engineering, Product Management and Quality Teams
- Comply with any standard operating procedures and computer system requirements within the National Service Centre
- Ensure that all Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) requirements on site are complied with

The Person:

- Working experience of Microsoft Office & SAP would be beneficial but not required
- Technical background with experience working in a similar technical role
