This is a full-time, on-site Service Technician role based at the Formula One Autocentre in Marlborough. The Service Technician will carry out routine maintenance, diagnostics, and repair work on a wide variety of vehicles, ensuring all tasks are completed to company standards and in line with safety regulations. Daily responsibilities include inspecting vehicles, identifying faults, replacing or repairing components, and performing services such as tyres, brakes, exhausts, batteries, clutches, and MOT preparation. The role also involves communicating clearly with customers about identified issues, recommended work, and timescales, while maintaining accurate service records and documentation. The Service Technician will work as part of a team to keep the autocentre clean, organized, and efficient, supporting a high-quality, customer-focused service environment.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Maintenance & Repair and Maintenance skills for a range of vehicle systems.
- Candidates should possess effective Troubleshooting skills to diagnose mechanical and electrical issues accurately.
- Candidates should possess Field Service experience or similar hands-on workshop experience in automotive environments.
- Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service skills to communicate clearly, build trust, and explain technical work in accessible terms.
- Relevant automotive technician qualifications (e.g., NVQ/City & Guilds or equivalent) and a valid UK driving license are highly beneficial.
- Ability to follow safety procedures, work effectively in a team, and use diagnostic tools and workshop equipment confidently.
- Previous experience in a fast-fit, dealership, or independent garage environment is an advantage.
