Wattbike is an exciting brand with a big future, and we’re looking for a Service Technician to join our busy Service Centre team as we embark on the next stage of our growth.
Wattbike is used by the biggest sports teams and athletes across the Premier League, NFL, national rugby teams and more, as well as thousands of everyday athletes at home.
They all have one common goal: to improve their health and fitness progression.
As a Service Technician, you will join a passionate and established team, helping ensure that our customers get the best possible service in the upkeep of their bikes.
Role overview
Working within our Service Centre at our HQ in Nottingham, you will be part of a team responsible for servicing Wattbikes for our customers as well as maintaining our stock of loan bikes.

You don't need prior experience with a Wattbike - we'll give you full training. A mechanical mind and an enthusiasm for bikes will come in handy!
Responsibilities
- Assess, service & repair of customer Wattbikes and loan bikes to the highest standards.
- Reconditioning of used Wattbikes - this can include a full breakdown and rebuild of a Wattbike.
- Work to a daily and weekly service schedule.
- Use of spreadsheets and other systems to record work done.
- Collaborate internally with the wider operations team to keep communication flowing.
- Other general Service Centre duties including:
- Cleaning (bikes, work stations, working areas)
- Preparing pallets for delivery
- Maintaining Health and Safety procedures at all times
