Service Technician

Location: London
Salary: £32,000 per annum
Hours: 45 hours per week
Contract: Permanent

Are you practical, technically minded, and passionate about delivering outstanding customer service?

We're looking for a Service Technician to join a growing planned maintenance team responsible for maintaining our London clients' high-quality appliances. This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys working independently, solving practical problems, and taking pride in delivering a first-class service.

This role would suit somebody who has worked with drinks machines, vending machines, photocopiers, lottery machines, or anything similar. If you have the right attitude, full training will be provided.

The Role

As a Service Technician, you'll be responsible for carrying out planned preventative maintenance and deep cleaning of premium appliances at customer locations across London. You will represent the business in front of valued customers, ensuring every appliance is operating to the highest standard while delivering an exceptional customer experience on every visit.

This is a field-based role where you will manage your own day, travel across London using company-funded public transport, and enjoy the autonomy of working independently while remaining fully supported by an experienced engineering team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carrying out planned maintenance on high-end commercial appliances.
  • Performing thorough cleaning and servicing to manufacturer standards.
  • Replacing small components where required.
  • Identifying potential issues before they become faults.
  • Providing a professional, friendly, and knowledgeable service to customers.
  • Accurately recording completed work and reporting any follow-up requirements.
