Service Technician Bridgnorth
We are recruiting for an experienced Service Technician, Vehicle Technician, Automotive Technician or Motor Vehicle Technician to join a busy automotive service centre in Bridgnorth. Applicants must hold a recognised Level 3 automotive qualification in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent, have a Full UK Driving Licence held for at least 6 months and have the right to work in the UK.
Job Details
- Location: Bridgnorth
- Salary: £31,000 - £33,000 basic
- Bonus: £3,600+
- OTE: Approximately £34,600 - £36,600+
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm, plus Saturdays 8:30am - 1:00pm subject to rota
- Contract: Permanent, Full-Time

Service Technician Role
- Carry out vehicle servicing and routine maintenance
- Complete mechanical repairs across a range of vehicles
- Replace and repair tyres, brakes, exhausts and suspension components
- Diagnose mechanical and vehicle faults
- Complete MOT repair work where required
- Carry out fast-fit work efficiently and accurately
- Maintain high standards of workmanship and vehicle safety
Service Technician Requirements
- Recognised Level 3 automotive qualification in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair, or equivalent
- Previous experience as a Service Technician, Vehicle Technician, Automotive Technician or Mechanic
- Experience with servicing and mechanical repairs
- Good knowledge of tyres, brakes, exhausts and suspension
- Diagnostic and fault-finding ability
- Full UK Driving Licence held for at least 6 months
- Right to work in the UK
- Advanced diagnostic experience and familiarity with newer vehicle technologies would be advantageous.
