Skoda Service Technician – Grimsby Site

We are currently looking for a Service Technician to join our team at our Škoda Grimsby site.

About You

As a skilled Technician/Mechanic, your duties will include:

  • Diagnosing and repairing minor and major mechanical faults (including engine repairs).
  • Restoring vehicles to manufacturer specification and standards.

Quality candidates may demonstrate:

  • Experience in franchised or independent dealer environments (whilst not mandatory, it can provide additional context).
  • Locally based options ranging from (independent garages → automotive training) for role specialisation.

Key Requirements

  • Minimum NVQ Level 3 equivalent technical qualifications in automotive repair and maintenance.
  • (Desirable) Leaf MOT Tester.
  • Experience with used car prep (preparing vehicles for sale).
  • (Not always required) High-voltage safety certification would be an advantage.
