Role: Service User Administrator
Location: Sutton Coldfield – office-based
Hours: Part-time – 20 hours per week over 4 days (9.30am–3pm with unpaid lunch break), including Mondays and Fridays
Salary: £12.71 per hour
Contract: Fixed term for 12 months initially, subject to funding
Benefits: Flexible and family-friendly working, 36 days’ leave pro rata (including bank/public holidays), up to 5% matched pension contribution, enhanced occupational sick pay and family leave, ongoing training, and support
Reports to: Administration Manager
What will the role involve?
The Service User Administrator will provide kind, compassionate, and welcoming administrative support to Acacia’s services, acting as the first point of contact for families affected by pre and postnatal depression and anxiety. The postholder will help ensure that every family has a positive, person-centred experience, making people feel heard and understood.

The role will also involve supporting day-to-day administration, maintaining accurate records, responding to enquiries, and working closely with colleagues to help our services run smoothly and effectively. The postholder will work with service users, practitioners, and volunteers, handling sensitive information with care, professionalism, and confidentiality.
This is an office-based role at Acacia’s head office in Sutton Coldfield, working 20 hours per week over 4 days, 9.30am–3pm, including Mondays and Fridays. The other days are to be agreed with the successful applicant.
