Overview

Change Grow Live (CGL) are a charity dedicated to the belief that we can make a difference to our Service Users' lives.

Our core values are ‘Be open, be compassionate and be bold’ and our teams apply these daily offering support and respect in a safe environment, treating each user as an individual and working with them to find the right treatment and care options.

Recovery Intervention Service Ealing (RISE) is an integrated end-to-end treatment and recovery service which offers a wide range of pharmacological and psychosocial interventions to Ealing residents 18 years and over who are experiencing issues with illicit drugs and/or alcohol use. RISE is a consortium, with CGL being the lead contractor, and includes Central and North West London NHS Mental Health Trust (CNWL) and service user led organisation Build on Belief (BOB).

We are undertaking an exciting new role to amplify the voices of people with lived and living experience across the service. The aim is to ensure that real feedback from the people who use our service drives meaningful, visible change.

The Service User Involvement Service Lead will champion innovative coproduction, strengthen involvement across the service, and help shape support that reflects the needs, hopes and aspirations of the individuals and communities we work alongside.

This is a mobile, hands-on role suited to someone resilient, empathetic, and motivated to drive change where it matters.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
