About Us
We're opening an exciting new retail destination in the heart of Soho and are looking for an exceptional Store Manager to help build something special from day one. We're looking for someone who enjoys creating outstanding customer experiences, nurturing a community, and helping shape the future of a growing business.
The Role
As Store Manager, you'll take ownership of the day-to-day operation of our Soho store, ensuring an exceptional customer experience while leading and developing the team. You'll work closely with senior management and our warehouse operation to ensure the store runs efficiently, is commercially successful, and becomes a destination customers want to return to.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead all day-to-day store operations
- Recruit, train and develop a high-performing team
- Inspire excellent customer service and create memorable in-store experiences
- Manage rotas, staffing and performance
- Liaise with our warehouse regarding stock deliveries and replenishment
- Monitor inventory, stock accuracy and loss prevention
- Ensure outstanding visual merchandising standards
- Plan and execute in-store events, launches and community activations
- Analyse sales performance and identify opportunities for growth
- Maintain health & safety and operational compliance
- Build a positive, energetic culture within the team
- Act as the face of the business within the local Soho community

About You
- A natural leader who motivates and develops people
- Has excellent organisational and planning skills
- Understands retail KPIs and commercial performance
- Is confident managing stock and operational logistics
- Has experience organising retail events or promotional activity (desirable)
- Remains calm under pressure
- Has outstanding communication skills
- Takes ownership and enjoys solving problems
- Is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences
