The role
As an Account Executive at Konversational, you'll own full-cycle Enterprise new business sales, growing our footprint with technology, media and telecom (TMT) organisations across the UK. You'll work closely with our UK Sales Director and our SDR team to convert qualified pipeline into closed revenue, and play a key role as we scale our presence in this sector.

We specialise in the Technology, Media & Telecom sector, helping tech, media and telecom businesses grow revenue and streamline operations through ServiceNow-powered solutions.

About you
You have proven experience in a sales role, consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets (essential)
Experience selling into, or working within, the Technology, Media & Telecom (TMT) sector (highly desirable)
You have a solid understanding of enterprise software, IT services, or SaaS solutions
You're confident building relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers
You're comfortable owning a full sales cycle, from qualification through to negotiation and close
You're an early-career sales professional looking to specialise and build a long-term career in enterprise technology sales
Based in the UK, with the right to live and work in the UK (no visa sponsorship), and flexibility to travel to customers
You'll be doing things like:
- Owning and growing a pipeline of Enterprise new business opportunities across the TMT sector
- Building relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers within target accounts
- Leading the full sales cycle: qualification, solution positioning, proposal, negotiation and close
- Working closely with our SDR team to convert qualified pipeline into closed revenue
- Presenting Konversational's value proposition and ServiceNow-powered solutions to prospective clients
- Consistently meeting or exceeding quarterly and annual sales targets
- Collaborating with our delivery and pre-sales teams to shape winning proposals
- Accurately forecasting and reporting on pipeline and revenue

You are the person we're looking for if you have:
- A track record of success in a quota-carrying sales role (required)
- Experience selling into, or working with, organisations in the TMT sector (preferred)
- Familiarity with ServiceNow, or enterprise SaaS/IT services sales more broadly
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
- The ability to build trust quickly with senior stakeholders
- Curiosity and drive to keep learning about new technologies and markets
