Job Description: ServiceNow Architect
Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect to lead platform strategy, solution design, AI architecture, and enterprise integrations within a highly regulated European environment. The architect will define the target-state architecture, establish governance standards, and ensure scalable, secure, and compliant ServiceNow implementations.
Experience
- Minimum 10+ years of IT experience
- Minimum 5+ years as a ServiceNow Architect
- Proven experience working within regulated European industries such as Banking, Insurance, Financial Services, Healthcare, Utilities, or Public Sector
- Experience with ServiceNow AI capabilities including Now Assist and AI Agent ecosystem preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Define end-to-end ServiceNow solution architecture and platform roadmap
- Design scalable ServiceNow platform landscapes, governance models, and integration frameworks
- Lead architecture reviews, design authority boards, and technical governance
- Design AI-driven workflows leveraging Now Assist, AI Agents, and Generative AI capabilities
- Define integration patterns across ServiceNow, cloud platforms, identity providers, monitoring tools, and enterprise applications
- Ensure compliance with GDPR, operational resilience, audit, security, and regulatory requirements
- Mentor development teams and establish architectural standards
