For one of our leading clients, we are searching for a ServiceNow Technical Architect to join their growing ServiceNow Business Group. This is an exciting opportunity to take a senior architectural role within one of the world's leading ServiceNow partners, working on complex transformation programmes and helping major organisations unlock the full potential of the ServiceNow platform.
Key Responsibilities & Deliverables:
- Lead the technical architecture and design of complex ServiceNow solutions, translating business requirements into scalable platform architectures.
- Provide technical leadership to ServiceNow development teams through mentoring, code reviews, architectural reviews, and governance activities.
- Operate within a Technical Design Authority (TDA), ensuring alignment to architectural standards, best practices, and platform strategy.
- Support solution design, RFP responses, and the development of innovative ServiceNow propositions.
- Drive adoption of emerging technologies, including AI and GenAI capabilities within the ServiceNow ecosystem.

Required Skills & Competencies:
- Expert-level experience in ServiceNow development and technical architecture.
- ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) certification.
- 5+ years' experience leading ServiceNow development teams and providing technical direction.
- Experience across at least three ServiceNow product lines outside of ITSM, including ITOM, ITAM, HAM/SAM, SPM, HRSD, CSM, or similar.
- Strong experience operating within Technical Design Authority environments and advising senior stakeholders.
- Experience integrating ServiceNow with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

- Location: UK Wide
- Hours Per Week: 40
- Contract: Freelance
- Duration: 12 Months (Potential to extend)
