ServiceNow Architect

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect to lead the design, implementation, and optimisation of ServiceNow solutions across multiple end customers. All candidates must be living in the UK to be considered.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and own ServiceNow architecture across Technology Service Management, Service Operations, CSM, HRSD, CMDB, and related capabilities.
  • Lead the design and delivery of scalable solutions supporting technology services, service operations, workflows, automation, and integrations.
  • Design solutions across TSM/TSOM, alongside CSM, HRSD, and CMDB capabilities.
  • Own CMDB architecture, service modelling, CI relationships, governance, and CSDM alignment.
  • Design enterprise integrations using IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP APIs, and web services.
  • Establish architecture standards, design principles, governance, and development patterns.
  • Provide technical leadership across implementations, upgrades, and platform optimisation.
  • Translate business and technology requirements into scalable, maintainable ServiceNow solutions.
  • Mentor developers and work with architects, delivery teams, and senior stakeholders.

Essential Experience

  • Extensive experience as a ServiceNow Architect.
  • Strong experience across Technology Service Management and Service Operations, with additional experience in CSM, HRSD, and CMDB.
  • Strong understanding of service management, service operations, CMDB, CSDM, and service modelling.
  • Proven experience delivering complex enterprise ServiceNow solutions and integrations.
  • Strong knowledge of REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub, Flow Designer, and ServiceNow scripting.
  • Experience working with senior technology, operational, and business stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, security, governance, and technical debt management.

  • ServiceNow CSA, CAD, or CIS certifications.
  • Experience with Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and enterprise monitoring integrations.
  • Telecoms experience.
