Job Opportunity: ServiceNow Architect
I'm working with a leading ServiceNow specialist consultancy that's looking to bring a ServiceNow Architect into their team.
This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys more than just delivering technical solutions — someone who wants to shape architecture, advise customers and play a key role in complex ServiceNow programmes.
The Opportunity:
They're looking for an experienced ServiceNow Architect who can combine strong technical knowledge with consulting and customer-facing skills.
You'll be working with enterprise customers, helping them design and deliver effective ServiceNow solutions while advising on how to get the most from the platform.

The ideal person will have a strong architectural background, a good understanding of the wider ServiceNow ecosystem and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
What They're Looking For:
- Strong ServiceNow architecture experience
- Senior / Lead / Principal-level ServiceNow background
- Experience designing and delivering complex ServiceNow solutions
- Strong technical understanding of the Now Platform
- Customer-facing consulting and advisory experience
- Ability to work with stakeholders, understand requirements and shape solutions
- Experience across ServiceNow modules such as CSM, FSM, ITSM, HRSD or Employee Workflows would be highly relevant
- A background within a ServiceNow consultancy or specialist partner would be advantageous
