About the Role
We are supporting an established organisation in their search for an experienced ServiceNow Architect to lead the design and delivery of robust, scalable ServiceNow solutions for enterprise customers.
This role is ideal for someone who combines deep technical expertise across the ServiceNow platform with strong architecture, leadership, and customer-facing skills. You will play a key role in shaping technical direction, ensuring best practices, and supporting complex implementations.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the technical authority for ServiceNow implementations across multiple projects
- Design end-to-end ServiceNow architectures, with a strong focus on HRSD and CSM, as well as additional modules
- Translate business and functional requirements into technical designs and solution architectures
- Define integration approaches, data models, security, and performance considerations
- Provide hands-on technical guidance to development and delivery teams
- Ensure solutions align with ServiceNow best practices, platform standards, and future scalability
- Participate in client workshops, technical discussions, and design reviews
- Support pre-sales activities where required (technical input, solution validation, estimations)
- Stay current with ServiceNow releases, capabilities, and architectural patterns

Required Experience & Skills

- Proven experience as a ServiceNow Architect or senior technical lead
- Experience with multiple ServiceNow modules such as ITOM, HRSD, CMDB, or custom applications
- Deep understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture, including: Scripting (JavaScript, Glide API), Integrations (REST/SOAP, MID Server), CMDB and data modelling.
- Experience delivering complex, enterprise-scale ServiceNow implementations
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Comfortable working remotely with occasional travel
