Experience Required

  • 8+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience.
  • 5+ years in a ServiceNow Architect or Lead Developer capacity.

Required Skills

  • ServiceNow scripting (Client & Server-side)
  • Flow Designer
  • Integration Hub
  • Service Portal / Employee Centre
  • ATF
  • CMDB architecture
  • Enterprise integrations (REST, SOAP, MID Server)
  • Security model (ACLs, roles, domain separation)
  • Agile environments
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Ability to work in high-pressure, regulated environments

Desired Skills

  • ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or progress toward CTA.
  • Multiple ServiceNow CIS certifications (ITSM, HRSD, ITOM, SecOps, GRC).
  • Experience in financial services or regulated industries.
  • Knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Experience with ServiceNow Performance Analytics and Reporting.
