Experience And Skills Needed
- Proven record of collecting and synthesizing data to derive actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to pitch ideas and influence stakeholders.
- End-to-end experience working with product teams to build and enhance products.
- Experience supporting enterprise applications in a production (Business-as-Usual) environment is preferred.
- Experience with ServiceNow is preferred.
- Experience working with applications developed on the ServiceNow App Engine platform is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, HRSD, CSM, or custom applications is an advantage.
- Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies and requirements management.
- Ability to work effectively and independently under pressure and prioritise effectively to meet tight deadlines.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Computer Science, Information Systems, Product Management, Business, or related degree/diploma is a plus.
- ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified System Administrator or Certified Application Developer) are an added advantage.
