A leading Independent IT Infrastructure and Services Consultancy are looking for an experienced ServiceNow CMDB Manager to work with a major aerospace, defence, and security client.
The ServiceNow CMDB Manager will take ownership of the operational management, governance, and ongoing maintenance of the client’s ServiceNow CMDB following a major CMDB recovery and improvement programme. This is a BAU operational role focused on maintaining CMDB health, data quality, and governance.
Location
Remote (UK) with occasional travel to customer sites as required

Key Responsibilities
- Own CMDB operational governance and data quality
- Ensure CI accuracy and integrity across the platform
- Manage and improve Discovery data quality
- Oversee creation and maintenance of Service Mappings
- Drive remediation activities with CI Data Owners
- Produce CMDB reporting, metrics, and KPI dashboards
- Participate in CMDB governance forums and working groups
- Support ongoing CMDB maturity and continuous improvement initiatives

Required Experience
- Active SC Clearance
- Strong experience managing ServiceNow CMDB environments
- Experience with ServiceNow Discovery and Service Mapping
- Proven CMDB governance and data quality management experience
- Experience engaging with technical and business stakeholders
- Strong reporting and data analysis capabilities
- ITIL-aligned Service Configuration Management experience
