Job Title: ServiceNow CPQ Consultant
Location: Fully Remote
Day Rate: £400-500/day (OUTSIDE IR35)
Contract Length: 3 months (extendable)
ServiceNow CPQ Consultant - Role & Responsibilities
- Lead the design, configuration and implementation of ServiceNow CPQ solutions, supporting complex product, pricing, quoting and order management requirements.
- Configure and optimise CPQ workflows, including product catalogues, pricing rules, discounting, approvals and quote generation.
- Integrate CPQ with ServiceNow SOMT and OMT to support seamless quote-to-order and order fulfilment processes.
- Configure and develop Logik.ai CPQ functionality, ensuring alignment with ServiceNow processes and customer-specific business requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, architects and development teams to deliver scalable solutions, troubleshoot issues and support testing, deployment and ongoing optimisation.

ServiceNow CPQ Consultant - Required Experience
- Proven experience as a ServiceNow CPQ Consultant, with strong hands-on experience in CPQ implementation, configuration and solution design.
- Demonstrable experience working with ServiceNow CPQ, SOMT (Service Order Management and Transformation), and OMT (Order Management for Telecommunications).
- Hands-on experience with Logik.ai, including CPQ configuration, product modelling, pricing logic and integration with ServiceNow.
- Strong understanding of quote-to-order, order management, product catalogues, pricing and fulfilment processes within ServiceNow.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into effective technical solutions.
