Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Programme & Portfolio Leader to take accountability for the successful delivery of multiple complex programmes and projects across our client portfolio.
You will operate at senior stakeholder and executive level, acting as a trusted advisor to clients while ensuring programmes are delivered on time, within budget and to the required quality.
Alongside delivery leadership, the role will contribute to the development of people, client relationships and new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee a portfolio of complex technology-enabled programmes and projects.
- Act as a senior point of accountability for client relationships, working closely with executives and sponsors.
- Provide constructive challenge and strategic advice to senior stakeholders.
- Lead, mentor and develop programme and project teams, creating a high-performance and collaborative environment.
- Manage programme risks, issues, dependencies, change and quality across complex delivery environments.
- Take ownership of programme budgets and commercial performance, including experience across fixed-price and time-and-materials engagements.
- Build strong relationships across clients, technology partners and internal teams.
- Identify opportunities to improve existing engagements and contribute to new business development.
- Support the shaping of propositions, opportunities and client solutions.
- Bring informed perspectives on technology, business transformation and relevant industry trends.
- Ensure client commitments and outcomes remain at the centre of delivery.

Requirements
- 10+ years' experience delivering complex technology-driven change, programmes or portfolios.
- Proven experience leading large-scale programmes and/or portfolios with multiple stakeholders and workstreams.
- Experience operating with senior executives, sponsors and client leadership teams.
- Strong programme governance, risk, commercial and financial management experience.
- Demonstrable experience managing complex change and delivering measurable business outcomes.
- Experience within ServiceNow-enabled transformation, or strong expertise within a relevant technology, functional or industry domain.
- Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to challenge constructively at executive level.
- Commercial and entrepreneurial mindset, with an ability to identify and develop opportunities with existing and prospective clients.
- Experience leading, mentoring and developing delivery professionals.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is desirable.
- PRINCE2, Agile, ITIL and/or relevant ServiceNow certifications are desirable.
