Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and customize ServiceNow applications and modules.
  • Configure Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Service Catalog modules.
  • Create and maintain Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, and Script Includes.
  • Develop workflows, Flow Designer flows, and integrations.
  • Work with REST and SOAP APIs for third-party integrations.
  • Develop and maintain ServiceNow reports and dashboards.
  • Customize forms, tables, fields, and user interfaces.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
  • Follow ServiceNow development best practices and security standards.
  • Work with business analysts and stakeholders to understand requirements.
  • Perform testing, debugging, deployment, and documentation.
