ServiceNow Administrator / Developer

12-month fixed-term contract (extension likely)
£60,000 - £65,000
UK - Fully home based

We’re seeking a hands-on ServiceNow Administrator / Developer to support an existing platform and contribute to a review of whether to retain ServiceNow or move to an alternative. The role combines administration, development, integration work and data extraction from ServiceNow into possible Salesforce. Previous Salesforce experience is not required.

Key responsibilities

  • Assess the existing ServiceNow environment and contribute to the platform review.
  • Administer, maintain and improve configurations, workflows and platform functionality.
  • Support data extraction, mapping, transformation and transfer into Salesforce.
  • Support Service Bridge and customer platform integrations to automate ticket exchange.
  • Test, troubleshoot and document changes and integrations.
  • Work with internal stakeholders and participate in occasional client conversations.

Skills and experience

  • Strong ServiceNow administration and development experience.
  • Ability to review an existing platform and recommend practical improvements.
  • Integration experience is highly desirable, particularly APIs, data mapping and workflow automation.
  • A structured approach to troubleshooting, testing and documentation.
  • Clear communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
