Role: ServiceNow Developer – CSM / SPM
Role Type: Contract
Location: UK | Fully Remote
Technology & Risk Recruitment is currently recruiting on behalf of our client for experienced ServiceNow Developers to support a contract-based programme. We are looking for ServiceNow professionals with strong hands-on development experience and exposure to Customer Service Management (CSM) and/or Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM).
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and configure solutions across the ServiceNow platform.
- Work with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into ServiceNow solutions.
- Develop and maintain ServiceNow applications, workflows, and integrations.
- Use JavaScript and ServiceNow development tools to deliver robust solutions.
- Support configuration and development across CSM and/or SPM.
- Troubleshoot, test, and resolve technical issues.
- Follow ServiceNow development and implementation best practices.
- Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge sharing.

Required Experience:
- Strong commercial experience as a ServiceNow Developer / Technical Consultant.
- Hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
- Strong JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting knowledge.
- Experience with Customer Service Management (CSM) and/or Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM).
- Experience with ServiceNow configuration, workflows, integrations, and customization.
- Strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform and development lifecycle.
- CIS-CSM and/or CIS-SPM certification is highly desirable.
- Previous experience working on ServiceNow implementation or transformation programmes.
