Senior ServiceNow Developer
Up to £80,000 + Benefits
London, UK (hybrid) Occasional Client Travel
iO Associates are partnering with a fast-growing global ServiceNow consultancy looking to hire a Senior ServiceNow Developer to support a key enterprise client. This is an exciting opportunity to combine hands-on technical expertise with stakeholder engagement, solution design, and customer advisory, while playing a key role in the company's UK growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the trusted technical contact for a major enterprise customer.
- Deliver and oversee high-quality ServiceNow solutions across customer engagements.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and provide technical guidance.
- Support solution workshops, customer presentations and pre-sales activities.
- Collaborate with ServiceNow developers and global technical teams.
- Drive customer success while identifying opportunities to expand ServiceNow capabilities.
- Champion AI-driven innovation across the ServiceNow platform.

Key Requirements
- Strong ServiceNow development experience.
- Expertise in ITSM and HR Service Delivery (HRSD).
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience working with enterprise clients and leading technical discussions.
- Exposure to solution design, consulting or pre-sales activities.
- Passion for emerging technologies, particularly AI within ServiceNow.
- Customer-facing or consulting experience is highly desirable.
