ServiceNow Platform Implementation Specialist
About the Role
You will be involved in all technical aspects of implementing Service Management, Service Integration and Management solutions for existing and prospective clients using the ServiceNow Platform. This role requires a thorough understanding of the ServiceNow Platform and the technologies employed, ensuring development deliverables align with business requirements.
Hybrid Working: This position will operate across our company offices, client sites, and home locations on a blended basis. Note that 100% remote work is not possible.
Responsibilities
- Core involvement in the technical implementation of ServiceNow, using Service Management practices aligned with Capgemini and industry standards.
- Co-design and develop new ServiceNow Applications, solutions, and services as required.
- Take ownership of complex business requirements and drive them to completion, supported by the ServiceNow Business Analyst.
- Assist the ServiceNow Business Analyst in estimating the release-level effort.
- Leverage technical expertise to ensure optimisation and compliance when organisations utilise the ServiceNow Platform.

Required Qualifications & Experience
- Experience in administering the ServiceNow Platform.
- Scripting proficiency:
- JavaScript
- Angular/AngularJS
- HTML, CSS
- AJAX
- Jelly
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
- Attention to detail coupled with a thorough technical aptitude.
- Good understanding of relational database concepts.
- Experience with:
- LDAP
- AD (Active Directory)
- SSO (Single Sign-On)
- Email Infrastructure
- Web Services
- ITOM (IT Operations Management)
Preferred Qualifications & Experience
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- Certified Application Developer
- ServiceNow Platform Implementation Specialist
