🚀 We’re Hiring: ServiceNow Specialists (Multiple Levels)
💷 £50,000 – £120,000 (depending on role & experience)
📍 UK-based | Hybrid | Minimal travel (max 1–2 days per month)
đź”’ All roles require SC clearance eligibility (must have lived in the UK for the last 5 years without 28+ consecutive days abroad as well as sole British nationality).
- ServiceNow Developer(s) - ÂŁ60-90K
- ServiceNow Implementation Specialist(s) - ÂŁ80-100K
- ServiceNow Architect(s) - ÂŁ90-120K

Open Roles:
ServiceNow Developers (£60K – £90K)
You’ll contribute to the technical implementation of ServiceNow across ITSM, ITOM, and wider service management solutions. Expect to work closely with analysts and architects to turn requirements into scalable, high-performing solutions.

- Build and customise ServiceNow applications, integrations, and workflows
- Support solution design and contribute to release planning
- Apply scripting skills (JavaScript, Angular/AngularJS, HTML, CSS, AJAX) to deliver quality outcomes
- Optimise platform usage and ensure compliance with best practice
What you’ll bring
- Hands-on ServiceNow platform experience
- Strong technical knowledge: scripting, UI development, relational databases, LDAP/AD, SSO, APIs
- Agile/Scrum background with good communication skills
- CSA, CAD, or Implementation Specialist certification (preferred)
ServiceNow Implementation Specialist (£80K – £100K)
You’ll focus on HR Service Delivery and employee experience solutions, while keeping projects lean and scalable.
What you’ll do:
- Deliver enterprise-grade workflows across HRSD, onboarding and workplace service delivery
- Build seamless user interfaces with Next Experience UI, UI Builder & Service Portal
- Lead integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub) and data migrations
- Partner with stakeholders to translate needs into technical solutions
What you’ll bring:
- Proven ServiceNow delivery experience, ideally HRSD
- Strong technical skills (JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub)
- Broader exposure to ITSM, ITOM, ITAM or CSM a plus
- Eligible for SC clearance

ServiceNow Architect (£90K – £120K)
As a trusted technical authority, you’ll define, design and govern ServiceNow solutions that transform business processes and scale across enterprises.
What you’ll do:
- Establish and enforce architectural best practices
- Provide solution input to bids and proposals
- Guide teams through complex design and integration challenges
- Bring thought leadership and innovation to clients
What you’ll bring:
- Extensive experience in ServiceNow development and architecture
- Broad exposure to modules and custom apps, including integrations
- Strong communication skills with ability to influence at senior levels
- Certifications: CSA + Implementation Specialist + ITIL Foundation (preferred)
