ServiceNow Developer - CSDM / CMDB / ITOM
Location: Fully Remote (UK)
Salary: Up to £70k
Industry: ServiceNow Consultancy
The Opportunity
I'm currently working with a specialist ServiceNow consultancy that is looking to hire an experienced ServiceNow Developer to join its growing team.
This is a customer-facing role where you'll work across a variety of ServiceNow projects, helping organisations get more value from their ServiceNow platforms across areas including CMDB, CSDM and ITOM.
You'll be joining a consultancy where the work is varied, giving you the opportunity to work across different customer environments, projects and challenges rather than being tied to one platform or set of requirements.
The role will suit a ServiceNow Developer who is comfortable getting involved in customer conversations, understanding requirements and translating them into effective technical solutions. You'll need to be confident in your technical ability, commercially aware and comfortable working directly with customers.
There is also a strong focus on the future of the ServiceNow platform. The business has a number of Virtual Agent and Now Assist projects in the pipeline, so any experience or interest in ServiceNow AI would be a major advantage.
If you're a ServiceNow Developer with experience across CMDB, CSDM and ITOM, who enjoys customer-facing project work and wants the opportunity to work across a varied range of ServiceNow engagements, this could be an excellent opportunity.
Key Responsibilities

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
