ServiceNow HRSD Developer
We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer to join a major enterprise programme, supporting the development and enhancement of its HR Service Delivery (HRSD) platform.
This is a hands-on development role focused on building scalable HR solutions across the employee lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, configure and develop solutions within ServiceNow HRSD
- Build HR Services, Case Management, COEs, Record Producers and Lifecycle Events
- Develop Business Rules, Client/Server Scripts, Script Includes and UI Actions/Policies
- Build workflows using Flow Designer and Service Catalog
- Develop and maintain automated testing using ServiceNow ATF
- Troubleshoot defects and support production stability
- Work closely with architects, product owners and engineering teams

Key Skills
- 3+ years' hands-on ServiceNow development
- Strong commercial experience with HRSD / HR Service Delivery
- HR Case Management, HR Services, COEs and employee lifecycle processes
- Strong JavaScript
- ServiceNow ATF / Automated Test Framework
- Flow Designer, ACLs, Business Rules and Service Catalog
- Experience working within Agile delivery teams

Desirable
- CSA, CAD or CIS-HRSD certification
- REST API and ServiceNow integration experience
- ITSM or CSM experience
- Experience within large enterprise environments
