For one of our leading clients, we are searching for a ServiceNow Developer to join their growing digital transformation team. This is an exciting opportunity to work within an Agile environment, delivering innovative ServiceNow solutions that optimise business processes, improve service delivery, and support large-scale platform enhancements across regulated and public sector environments.
Key Responsibilities & Deliverables:
- Analyse business requirements and design technical solutions aligned with ServiceNow platform capabilities.
- Develop Proof of Concepts (POCs) to validate technical approaches and support solution design decisions.
- Configure, customise, and enhance ServiceNow applications to streamline and automate business processes.
- Support complex architectural changes, integrations, and new module implementations across the ServiceNow platform.
- Develop reporting capabilities and dashboards to provide operational insights and support business decision-making.

Required Skills & Competencies:
- Extensive hands-on experience developing solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow capabilities, configuration, and customisation.
- Experience working within UK public sector organisations and/or regulated environments.
- Strong knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) and Customer Service Management (CSM).
- Experience delivering ServiceNow Assist capabilities within ITSM and CSM environments.
- Experience delivering integrations and supporting technical architecture enhancements.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, principles, and delivery frameworks.
