Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer with 6+ years of hands-on experience designing, developing, and customizing solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in platform development, integrations, and workflow automation.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and customize ServiceNow applications and modules.
- Configure workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and catalog items.
- Build and maintain integrations using REST and SOAP web services.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
- Troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and ensure platform best practices.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills
- Strong experience with ServiceNow Development
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS
- Experience with REST and SOAP APIs/Web Services
- Good understanding of ITIL processes
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
