Job Title: ServiceNow Developer (ITSM)
Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer with strong expertise in ITSM implementation and ServiceNow platform development. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in developing, customizing, and integrating ServiceNow solutions while collaborating with business stakeholders to deliver scalable and efficient solutions.
Location: London, UK
Work Mode: Remote / Hybrid (UK: 1–2 days/week in office, flexible)
Contract: Initial 6 Months (Extension Possible)
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, configure, and customize the ServiceNow platform.
- Implement and support ITSM modules, including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Service Catalogue, and SLA Management.
- Develop solutions using JavaScript, Glide API, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, and Flow Designer.
- Build integrations using REST, SOAP, and Integration Hub.
- Configure and maintain CMDB, Discovery, Service Catalogue, and Service Portal.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Perform testing, troubleshooting, deployments, and platform enhancements.
- Follow ServiceNow development best practices and provide technical documentation.

Required Skills & Experience
- 7–12+ years of total IT experience.
- 5–7 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
- 3+ years of ITSM implementation experience.
- Strong expertise in JavaScript, Glide API, Business Rules, Script Includes, and Flow Designer.
- Experience with REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, and Integration Hub.
- Good understanding of ITIL processes including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and SLA Management.
- Hands-on experience with CMDB, Discovery, Service Catalogue, and Service Portal.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Certifications
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- Certified Application Developer (CAD)
- Certified Implementation Specialist – ITSM (CIS-ITSM)
