We're now looking for an experienced ServiceNow DevOps Delivery Lead to join us, providing leadership across a complex, enterprise scale ServiceNow environment for our client, a global provider of technology services to multinational organisations.
About the Role
This is a senior, hands-on leadership position combining technical expertise, delivery governance, and stakeholder management. You'll take ownership of the ServiceNow DevOps function, leading a London-based team of 6-8 colleagues and coordinating activity across client, supplier, and third-party teams to keep the platform stable, scalable, and continuously improving.
What You'll Be Doing
- Providing leadership and coordination across the ServiceNow DevOps function, ensuring platform objectives and priorities are delivered effectively.
- Leading and directing a team of six to eight colleagues, promoting collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement across all delivery teams.
- Guiding the prioritisation and management of platform demand, including incidents, changes, and enhancements, in line with business priorities.
- Overseeing the end-to-end DevOps lifecycle, from CI/CD pipelines and release management to deployment processes and environment governance.
- Assessing and enhancing the DevOps operating model, embedding best practice in automation, monitoring, standardisation, and service reliability.
- Establishing governance forums, reporting structures, and stakeholder engagement activities that support strong decision-making.
- Acting as a senior liaison between business stakeholders, IT teams, systems integrators, and technology vendors, keeping everyone aligned on priorities, risks, and outcomes.
- Defining, monitoring, and improving delivery KPIs and operational metrics to drive continuous optimisation and scalability.

What We're Looking For
- Significant experience leading enterprise-scale DevOps functions and technology delivery teams.
- Strong ServiceNow expertise spanning platform development, operations, release management, and service delivery.
- A track record of leading multi-disciplinary teams and coordinating delivery across multiple suppliers and stakeholders.
- Hands-on experience with Agile delivery, backlog prioritisation, and demand management.
- Solid understanding of CI/CD practices, release management, deployment processes, and integration architectures.
- Experience establishing governance frameworks, operating models, and performance management approaches in complex enterprise settings.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills, including experience engaging senior business and technology leaders.
