ServiceNow Enterprise Asset Management Transformation Specialist | Up to £105k+ bonus
We've partnered with a leading ServiceNow Partner that's making serious investment into its EAM capability and pipeline.
If you're passionate about Enterprise Asset Management and want to work on large-scale transformation programmes rather than purely technical implementations, this is a fantastic opportunity.
You'll be helping major organisations rethink how they manage assets, maintenance, and service operations, using ServiceNow to drive efficiency, automation, and operational excellence. The role offers a blend of strategic advisory work, transformation delivery, and stakeholder engagement, giving you the opportunity to influence real business change from day one.
You'll also be joining a growing team where you'll have a voice in shaping future offerings, supporting business development, and helping clients maximise the value of their ServiceNow investments.
What you'll be doing
Working closely with senior business and technology stakeholders, you'll help organisations transform their asset management and operational processes through ServiceNow.

- Leading Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) transformation initiatives
- Helping clients modernise asset lifecycle and maintenance processes
- Designing and implementing workflow-driven operating models
- Driving automation and process improvement across asset-intensive environments
- Advising on best practice asset, field service, and operational management approaches
- Working alongside wider enterprise platforms such as SAP and Oracle
- Supporting client workshops, transformation roadmaps, and business cases
- Contributing to proposals, client presentations, and growth initiatives
What we're looking for
We're keen to speak with professionals who have strong experience across Enterprise Asset Management, operational transformation, and business process improvement.
You'll ideally bring experience in:
- Enterprise Asset Management (EAM)
- Asset lifecycle management
- Maintenance and service operations
- Field Service Management
- Operational transformation programmes
- Workflow automation and process optimisation
- ServiceNow EAM, FSM or related solutions
We're open to speaking with candidates from both consulting and industry backgrounds, particularly those who have worked within utilities, telecoms, transportation, manufacturing, or other asset-intensive sectors.
