• Business Development & Practice Contribution

  • Contribute to proposals, RFPs and client pitches focused on enterprise operations transformation
  • Support development of ServiceNow Core Business Suite and Industry Workflow offerings
  • Participate in thought leadership and market-facing initiatives

YOUR PROFILE

Core Experience

• Proven experience in enterprise transformation, business operations or consulting
• Strong understanding of business process transformation and workflow platforms
• Experience delivering operational transformation programmes

Technical & Functional Capabilities

• Experience in 2 or more of the following areas:
  • Finance operations or shared services transformation
  • Procurement and supplier lifecycle transformation
  • Enterprise Asset Management
  • Industry workflows (e.g. Telecom, Technology Service Providers)
  • Business process re-engineering and automation
  • ServiceNow or other enterprise workflow platforms
• Understanding of:
  • ERP ecosystems such as SAP and Oracle
  • Workflow and automation technologies
  • Low-code platforms and process digitisation

Consulting & Leadership Skills

• Strong stakeholder management skills, including engagement with COO, CFO and Procurement leadership
• Ability to shape transformation roadmaps and business cases
• Experience contributing to proposals and sales activities
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to operate across business and technology teams
