I'm working with a major transformation consultancy that is continuing to invest heavily in its ServiceNow and HR transformation capability. They're looking for an experienced ServiceNow Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex HRSD and employee experience programmes for enterprise clients.
This is not a PM role centred around chasing actions and updating project plans. You'll take genuine ownership of delivery, working closely with senior client stakeholders, HR leaders, architects, functional consultants, and technical teams to take ServiceNow HR programmes from mobilisation through to successful implementation.
You'll be responsible for keeping complex, multi-workstream programmes moving, providing structure and governance while also understanding enough about ServiceNow HRSD and HR transformation to challenge decisions, manage client expectations, and contribute credibly to wider solution discussions.
What you'll be doing
- Leading end-to-end delivery of ServiceNow HRSD and HR transformation programmes
- Owning project planning, governance, budgets, resourcing, reporting, and delivery assurance
- Managing risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies across complex programmes
- Coordinating functional, technical, business, and third-party teams
- Working directly with senior HR, technology, and transformation stakeholders
- Leading steering meetings, project ceremonies, workshops, and programme updates
- Managing scope, timelines, commercials, and competing stakeholder priorities
- Supporting programme mobilisation and the transition from sales and solutioning into delivery
- Working alongside ServiceNow architects and consultants on high-level solution and design discussions
- Helping ensure new solutions are successfully adopted and embedded within the organisation
- Contributing to proposals, bids, and the continued development of the wider ServiceNow practice

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

What we're looking for
You'll ideally already be operating as a ServiceNow Project Manager, Programme Manager, or Delivery Lead within consulting or another complex enterprise environment. Most importantly, you'll have experience delivering ServiceNow HRSD or significant HR technology transformation programmes. - Strong end-to-end project and programme delivery experience
- Good knowledge of ServiceNow HRSD and the wider employee service landscape
- An understanding of HR operations and the employee lifecycle
- Experience managing budgets, governance, RAID, resources, and delivery plans
- Confidence working directly with senior client stakeholders
- Experience across Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery environments
- The ability to bridge the gap between business, HR, and technical teams
- Strong consulting, communication, and stakeholder-management skills
ServiceNow certifications such as CSA or CIS-HRSD, alongside Scrum, PRINCE2, or PMP qualifications, would be beneficial.
