ServiceNow HRSD Solution Architect | £100k + bonus | Hybrid
We're working with an established transformation consultancy that is continuing to grow its ServiceNow and HR transformation capability. They're looking for an experienced ServiceNow HRSD Architect who can combine strong platform knowledge with credible consulting and stakeholder-facing skills.
This is broader than a purely technical architecture role. You'll work with clients from the early stages of discovery and roadmap definition through to solution design, delivery governance and continuous improvement, helping them modernise HR services and improve the employee experience.
The Role
You'll lead the design of scalable ServiceNow HRSD solutions across complex enterprise environments, working closely with senior HR, technology and transformation stakeholders.
The role will cover HR case management, Employee Center, knowledge management, lifecycle events, employee journeys, workflow automation, integrations, data and reporting. You'll translate HR operating model requirements into practical platform designs, while making sure the solution remains scalable, maintainable and aligned with the wider transformation.
You'll also lead discovery and design sessions, provide technical assurance throughout delivery and act as a trusted advisor to clients. There will be opportunities to support proposals, presentations and the shaping of future ServiceNow programmes as the capability continues to grow.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
