Role Title: ServiceNow HRSD Developer
Location: London, UK
Employment Type: Inside IR35 Contract
Role summary
We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer to support and extend our HR Service Delivery (HRSD) platform. The role focuses on designing, configuring, and developing HRSD solutions across the employee lifecycle, with strong emphasis on quality, automation, and scalable design.
Required skills and experience
- Hands-on ServiceNow development experience, ideally 3+ years.
- Strong experience with HRSD module, including HR services, case management, COEs, and employee lifecycle processes.
- Solid knowledge of ServiceNow core components: Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Actions / UI Policies, Flow Designer & legacy workflows, ACLs, notifications, reports and dashboards.
- Test automation experience with ServiceNow ATF, including designing, maintaining, and executing automated tests.
- Proficiency in JavaScript; HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus.
- Experience working in agile delivery teams.

- ServiceNow certifications, such as CSA, CAD, or CIS-HRSD.
- Experience with integrations, including REST APIs, import sets, and transform maps.
- Exposure to other ServiceNow modules, such as ITSM or CSM.
- Experience working in large, regulated enterprise environments.
