Overview
We are seeking an experienced HR Lead Level Consultant to lead and deliver a ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) implementation for a leading security and strategic intelligence firm.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver end-to-end ServiceNow implementations for CSM or HRSD modules.
- Lead or support requirements gathering workshops with business and technical stakeholders.
- Configure ServiceNow applications in alignment with business requirements and platform best practices.
- Implement workflows, case management processes, forms, catalog items, and service requests.
- Support data migration activities including mapping, cleansing, and loading.
- Configure integration points with external systems (e.g., CRM, HR systems).
- Participate in solution design discussions and provide input into functional and technical design decisions.
- Conduct system testing, support UAT, and resolve defects during implementation cycles.
- Support go-live activities including cutover planning and hypercare support.
- Ensure implementations follow ServiceNow best practices and out-of-the-box principles where possible.
- Collaborate with technical developers, architects, and product owners to ensure successful delivery.
- Produce and maintain implementation documentation, including process flows and configuration guides.

Required Skills & Experience

- 6+ years of experience implementing ServiceNow solutions.
- Hands-on experience delivering CSM or HRSD implementations in enterprise environments.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities and configuration (workflows, forms, UI policies, business rules).
- Experience facilitating workshops with business stakeholders.
- Knowledge of ITIL processes and service management principles.
