The Solution Architect Professional supports the solution architecture design, executes the mapping of business requirements and facilitates smooth project delivery empowering the implementation of functional solutions that are fit for purpose and delivered against stated business requirements.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Offer technical leadership and quality assurance within a matrix team structure. Shape the ServiceNow roadmap, mentor junior architects and offshore teams, and help resolve complex technical challenges.
- Clearly identify and understand the problem and assess the pros and cons of each solution and applying the best solution.
- Staying updated with the latest ServiceNow features, best practices, and industry trends through certifications, webinars, and community forums.
- Expertise in programming (JavaScript), integration technologies (REST/SOAP APIs), and a deep understanding of the ServiceNow platform and its integration capabilities.
- Problem-solving abilities, effective communication skills, and a commitment to continuous learning and adaptability.
- Assists in implementing ServiceNow solutions across various business domains, product portfolios, and IT platforms. Evaluate the impact of changes and integrations with BT architecture, ensuring adherence to governance policies and standards.
Essential Skills/experience
- Experience of technical design, implement and delivery in an agile environment.
- Operational understanding / experience of ITIL processes.
- Evidence of being able to plan and manage delivery in a complex multi project environment.
- Understanding of Microservices architecture.
- Ability to lead efforts that significantly improve customer experience.
- Knowledge of Event Management.
- Familiar with Kafka and TMF open API.
- Understanding of Regulatory compliance and governance protocol.
- Strong Service / Technical background at a mid / senior level.
