ServiceNow ITOM Architect

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow ITOM Architect to lead the architecture, design, and implementation of ITOM Service Mapping and CMDB solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define end-to-end ServiceNow ITOM architecture with a focus on Service Mapping & CMDB
  • Design service mapping strategies for business services, applications & infrastructure
  • Define CI models, relationships & service definitions aligned with CSDM & ITIL
  • Provide architectural guidance on Discovery, patterns, service maps & data ingestion
  • Govern configuration, customization & integration standards
  • Review technical designs, scripts & service maps
  • Drive upgrade, performance optimization & ITOM roadmap initiatives
  • Mentor ITOM leads and developers

Required Experience:

  • 10+ years of ServiceNow experience
  • 4+ years of ITOM Architecture experience
  • Strong expertise in Service Mapping, Discovery & CMDB
  • Deep knowledge of CSDM, CI modeling & relationship management
  • Experience with REST/SOAP integrations, MID Servers & credential management
  • Strong understanding of OOTB capabilities vs. customization best practices
