Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow ITOM Consultant to design, implement and optimise ServiceNow capabilities across ITOM, CMDB and CSDM. Stakeholder management is important for this position.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and maintain a robust, governed ServiceNow CMDB.
- Implement and maintain CSDM-aligned service, application and CI models.
- Configure and optimise ITOM Discovery and Service Mapping.
- Manage CI classes, relationships, identification and reconciliation rules.
- Improve CMDB data quality, completeness and accuracy.
- Support integrations and automated population of CMDB data.
- Develop CMDB/CSDM governance, standards and reporting.
- Work with architects, IT operations and technical teams to improve service visibility and dependency mapping.

Essential Experience
- Strong hands-on ServiceNow CMDB, CSDM and ITOM experience.
- Experience with Discovery, Service Mapping and MID Servers.
- Strong understanding of CI relationships, IRE and CMDB Health.
- Experience with ServiceNow integrations, APIs and data sources.
- Good understanding of ITIL and Configuration Management.
- Strong stakeholder-management and communication skills.

Desirable
- ServiceNow CSA / CIS ITOM / CIS Discovery / CIS Service Mapping certifications.
- Experience with Event Management, Service Graph Connectors and cloud platforms.
- ServiceNow scripting/JavaScript experience.
- Experience delivering enterprise-scale CMDB/CSDM transformations.
Candidates MUST have minimum ILR experience to be considered!
