About the Role
We are seeking a Lead ServiceNow ITOM Technical Consultant with deep expertise in Discovery, CMDB, Service Mapping, and AIOps to support a customer implementation focused on operational intelligence and infrastructure monitoring. This is a highly technical implementation role requiring hands-on experience configuring ServiceNow ITOM and AIOps capabilities—not a general platform developer.

Primary Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation of Phase 1 AIOps use cases.
- Configure and optimize:
- Event Management
- Metric Intelligence
- Health Log Analytics (HLA)
- Event Correlation
- Impact Analysis
- CMDB
- Service Mapping
- Configure anomaly detection for:
- CPU utilization
- Memory utilization
- Disk utilization
- Implement infrastructure event correlation and intelligent alerting.
- Configure service dependency mapping and impact visibility.
- Validate monitoring integrations and event sources.
- Support root cause analysis workflows.
- Tune Metric Intelligence models for improved operational insights.
- Reduce event noise through intelligent correlation and filtering.
- Participate in testing, validation, demonstrations, and customer workshops.
- Work closely with architects and customer stakeholders throughout the engagement.

Required Experience
- 7+ years of ServiceNow experience.
- Strong hands-on experience implementing ServiceNow ITOM.
- Proven expertise with Discovery, CMDB, and Service Mapping.
- Experience implementing ServiceNow AIOps capabilities, including:
- Event Management
- Metric Intelligence
- Health Log Analytics
- Event Correlation
- Impact Analysis
- Experience integrating enterprise monitoring tools with ServiceNow.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal consultant has successfully delivered enterprise-scale ITOM and AIOps implementations and can independently configure operational intelligence capabilities while providing technical leadership throughout the engagement.

- Fluent English
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Eligibility
- Remote engagement
- Only consultants located in EMEA or APAC (excluding India) will be considered.
- Immediate availability is highly preferred.
