We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow ITOM Technical Consultant with strong hands-on technical expertise across the ITOM suite and cloud-based infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver and enhance ServiceNow ITOM solutions across complex infrastructure environments.
  • Configure Event Management capabilities to improve alert quality, correlation, and operational visibility.
  • Implement Discovery and Service Mapping across traditional, containerised, and ephemeral infrastructure.
  • Support the accuracy and integrity of the CMDB, including IRE, reconciliation, data-quality issues, and duplicate CI resolution.
  • Configure integrations between AWS infrastructure and ServiceNow, including Service Graph Connector.
  • Integrate monitoring and event-management sources into the ServiceNow platform.
  • Support technical design, configuration, troubleshooting, testing, and deployment activities.

  • Strong hands-on ServiceNow ITOM implementation and consulting experience.
  • Expertise across Event Management, Discovery, Service Mapping, and CMDB.
  • Experience working with AWS integrations, Lambda, and serverless environments.
  • Knowledge of Health Log Analytics (HLA) and Agent Client Collector (ACC).
  • Strong understanding of IRE and ServiceNow data-quality principles.
