ServiceNow Lead Technical Consultant
Location: UK (Remote - occasional client site)
We are currently supporting a growing ServiceNow partner in the UK who are looking to build their practice with a Lead Technical Consultant on a permanent basis.
Working alongside experienced consultants, architects, and technical specialists, you'll take a key role in delivering complex ServiceNow solutions for a varied client portfolio. You'll have the opportunity to shape solution design, influence technical direction, and support the development of junior team members, while continuing to build your own expertise through ServiceNow training, learning paths, and certifications.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the technical delivery of complex ServiceNow implementations and enhancements.
- Own solution design, technical architecture, and configuration across the Now Platform.
- Work directly with clients to understand requirements and translate them into effective ServiceNow solutions.
- Provide technical leadership across projects, ensuring ServiceNow best practices and development standards are followed.
- Mentor and support junior consultants and developers, helping to grow technical capability within the team.
- Support integrations, custom applications, workflows, automation, and platform optimization.
- Contribute to technical governance, estimates, solution proposals, and continuous improvement.

Key Skills:
- Strong hands-on ServiceNow experience across one or more core areas such as ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, ITAM, or SecOps.
- Proven experience leading ServiceNow implementations and complex technical projects.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, configuration, integrations, and development.
- Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Experience mentoring or technically leading other consultants/developers.
- ServiceNow certifications such as CSA, CAD, CIS, or relevant specialist certifications are highly desirable.
