For one of our enterprise clients, we are searching for an experienced ServiceNow Mapping Product Lead to join a large-scale digital transformation programme.
This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a globally significant ServiceNow Service Mapping capability, working across enterprise infrastructure, cloud platforms, applications, networks, manufacturing systems, and business services.
Key Responsibilities & Deliverables:
- Own the Service Mapping product roadmap, strategy, governance, and adoption.
- Lead enterprise-wide ServiceNow Service Mapping implementations and enhancements.
- Define standards for service modelling, onboarding, ownership, and data quality.
- Drive alignment across CMDB, Discovery, CSDM, ITSM, and ITOM initiatives.
- Partner with technical and business stakeholders to improve service visibility and operational effectiveness.

Required Skills & Competencies:
- 5-8+ years of experience working with the ServiceNow platform.
- Minimum 5 years of experience leading CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, or ITOM capabilities within large enterprise environments.
- Proven track record delivering enterprise-scale ServiceNow Service Mapping implementations.
- Strong experience managing large and complex CMDB environments.
- Experience working with global systems integrators, implementation partners, and third-party service providers.
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow ITOM, Service Mapping, CSDM, and ITSM processes.
