The opportunity

This is a rare chance to take full, hands-on ownership of a complex, enterprise-scale ServiceNow platform at a genuinely pivotal point in its evolution. You won't be one voice among many or an advisor handing designs to someone else to build. This is a role for a doer: someone who lives in the platform, drives change from the front, and wants to build one of the best ServiceNow deployments out there.

You'll own the platform end-to-end, shape its roadmap and direction, and be the person accountable for making it perform. You'll work closely with senior stakeholders and lead external delivery partners, keeping them honest and pushing delivery in the right direction. It's a lean, high-visibility environment where your impact is felt quickly and your work speaks for itself.

If you're the kind of ServiceNow specialist who takes real pride in your deployment and wants a platform to truly call your own, this is built for you.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

What you'll be doing

  • Owning the end-to-end ServiceNow platform: roadmap, governance, performance and lifecycle
  • Driving adoption, efficiency and continuous improvement, using data to optimise service delivery
  • Leading hands-on delivery across a complex enterprise environment, ensuring quality and scalable solutions
  • Shaping platform architecture, integrations and data strategy in line with the wider technology vision
  • Leading and managing external delivery partners, holding them to account on quality and delivery
  • Embedding automation and AI to improve efficiency, service outcomes and user experience

What you'll bring (must-haves)

  • Deep, hands-on ServiceNow platform experience. You've owned, built and evolved enterprise ServiceNow environments, not just advised on them. Strong working knowledge across core modules (for example ITSM and ITOM), the CMDB and data model, integrations, and platform governance and lifecycle management.
  • Direct telecommunications industry experience. This is essential. You must have worked within a telecoms environment and understand its operational, OSS/BSS and customer systems, processes and integrations. Applications without genuine telecoms experience won't be progressed, however strong the ServiceNow background.
  • A track record of delivering measurable business value from a ServiceNow platform.
  • The ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead delivery partners with confidence.
  • Strong commercial awareness, including vendor management and platform ROI.
